Confirmation of Registration:
All confirmed registrations will receive a confirmation number and registration letter after the registration form and payment are received. The letter will include a “Paulson Plastics Academy Welcome Kit” including specific location information, directions and recommended hotels. Your seat in the Plastics Academy is not confirmed until you receive your confirmation letter and number. Please do not assume your participation until you have received this information.
Payment Terms:
Once payment is received, a confirmation letter will be sent to you. Your registration and seat in the Plastics Academy are not confirmed until payment is received. Payment must be received net 30 days from date of your received registration and at least 30 days prior to the scheduled start date. A person registering 30 days or fewer prior to a start date must pay with a credit card.
Cancellations by the customer:
To cancel, please call us at 860-526-3099. You must receive a cancellation number from Paulson to complete the cancellation process. A letter with the cancellation number will be sent to you confirming your request. Any requests for refunds without a cancellation number and letter will not be refunded.

Cancellations by Paulson Plastics Academy:
Paulson Plastics Academy reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment by providing notice to customer at least 7 calendar days prior to class start date.
In the event of such cancellation, customer may choose to receive a full refund of registration fees paid or transfer to another date and location.
Paulson Plastics Academy is not responsible for non-refundable tickets purchased or reservations made by customer. Please make your plans accordingly.
Transfers:
Transfers 21 or more days prior to the course are allowed. Transfers 21 calendar days or fewer prior to the training start date are not allowed. You must request a transfer letter confirming your transfer information. If the attendee does not obtain a transfer confirmation letter and does not attend, no refund will be given.
No Shows:
If an attendee does not attend the scheduled Plastics Academy and does not have a cancellation number, there will be no refund or credit given.
Leaving During Plastics Academy:
If an individual leaves a Plastics Academy after it has started, there will be no refunds or credits issued.
Transportation, Meals & Airline Travel:
The Paulson Plastics Academy will generally operate from 8:00am to 5:00pm of the outlined days on the registration form. However, we strongly encourage candidates to arrange travel plans, especially airline flights, to arrive on the day prior to the start of the program and leave the day following the program. The 5:00pm end time is subject to successful completion of all daily activities and it is recommended that you allow for extra time, especially on the last day. Anyone leaving early on the final day for travel accommodations may jeopardize successful completion of the program and certification. Transportation to and from the Plastics Academy location, lodging, and meals are the responsibility of each attendee.
