Confirmation of Registration: All confirmed registrations will receive a confirmation number and letter after the registration form and payment are received. The letter will include a “Paulson School of Molding Welcome Kit” including specific location information, directions and recommended hotels. Your seat in the School of Molding is not confirmed until you receive your confirmation letter and number. Please do not assume your participation until you have received this information.

Pre-Test Requirements: Some attendees must complete the free online SkillCheck tests prior to entering a ProMolder certification program. To take this test, call Paulson Training Programs at 860-526-3099. We will give you a website location, user ID & password to take these exams. Each test is approximately 30 questions long (3 total tests). There are (3) SkillCheck exams to ensure proper placement in the ProMolder training and certification program. ProMolder 1 has no pre-requisites to attend but we may ask an attendee to take the FREE SkillCheck exams to understand skill levels and knowledge prior to the class.

Payment Terms: Once payment is received, a confirmation letter will be sent to you. Your registration and seat in the Molding School are not confirmed until payment is received. Payment must be received net 30 days from date of your received registration and at least 30 days prior to the scheduled start date. A person registering 30 days or less prior to a start date must pay with a credit card.

Cancellations: To cancel, please call us at 860-526-3099. You must receive a cancellation number from Paulson to complete the cancellation process. A letter with the cancellation number will be sent to you confirming your request. Any requests for refunds without a cancellation number and letter will not be refunded.

Transfers: Transfers 21 or more days prior to the course are allowed.  Transfers 21 calendar days or less prior to the training start date are not allowed. You must request a transfer letter confirming your transfer information. If the attendee does not obtain a transfer confirmation letter and does not attend, no refund will be given.

No Shows: If an attendee does not attend the scheduled School of Molding and does not have a cancellation number, there will be no refund or credit given.

Leaving During School of Molding: If an individual leaves a School of Molding after it has started, there will be no refund or credit issued.

Transportation, Meals & Airline Travel: Transportation to and from the School of Molding location, meals, and lodging are the responsibility of each attendee.

Certification – Pass: The Paulson School of Molding will present the attendees  who pass the tests for certification the following items:

	»	Certificate acknowledging successful completion and Paulson Certified status
	»	Letter from our President congratulating them on their achievement
	»	Shirt indicating their “Paulson Certified” achievement
	»	Special discount certificate that can be applied toward future purchases of Paulson and Orbital products or services
	»	Calls to the graduates and their immediate supervisors offering congratulations
	»	Photo with class members and inclusion in media and Paulson website announcements

Fail: For students who do not pass the tests required to become certified, we encourage them to attend the Paulson School of Molding again and will offer a $200 discount for any repeat attendees. Discount will apply for a class repeated within twelve months of original class.

Paulson Training Programs must very rarely cancel or reschedule a School of Molding. In this event, confirmed participants will receive a full refund or credit to another Paulson School of Molding. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses (refundable or exchangeable airline tickets are recommended). We will contact each attendee in the event that a School of Molding is cancelled.
